I really like the snazziness of the Brides.com budget planning tool. You need to create an account, but it’s easy to use. It is easy to use, but it does not allow you to track budget payments.So, it’s great if you want to just plugin in a number and see what you should be spending.

One very cool feature that I haven’t seen elsewhere is the ability for you to be able to weight your priorities. This is useful because, as you well know, different things are important to different people. This nice draggable-interface let’s you adjust the weights of categories and automatically figures out how prioritizing a category affects other categories.
